Well, considering that the NKOTB concert is not until October 22, I have five months, or twenty weeks to work on toning up my body. I bought a trampoline for my daughter for her birthday. You would not believe the workout you can get on that thing, and it's actually fun. If you crank the Hangin' Tough CD and bounce to the "Oh - Oh - Ohs" you barely notice the pain radiating from your exhausted muscles.
I haven't had Mountain Dew in a week and, surprisingly, no headaches. At this rate, I'll have a six pack in no time, HAHAHA. You do realize that Donnie and Danny are single, don't you? Granted, I am sorry that their marriages didn't work out, but now is now and you never know. (rantings of a delusional fan)
Anyways, even if I only get a hug from them, I'll still be lookin' good when the "right one" actually comes around.

It's been a while
Well, it's definately been a while. The last time NKOTB appeared together I was learning how to drive. Now, here I am, thirty years old with two kids and a career. I had a glimpse back memory lane a couple of years ago when I discovered Jordan Knight was touring solo. I bought tickets for me and my two closest friends to attend a concert in Madison, Wisconsin. I thought it would be fun to fulfill one of my greatest childhood dreams, to meet Jordan Knight.
I could not have imagined just how wonderful it would be or how many emotions would come flooding back. I actually had tears in my eyes when he sang "I'll be loving you (forever)". I fell asleep to that song countless nights, pretending he was actually singing to me. Well, in November of that year, he actually did, kind of.
It was a very small venue and I was right up to the stage. I was close enough to touch him........so I did. Even though it was only a few seconds, it felt like time stood still in that moment. It was an accumulation of years of built up frustration, fantasy, and unfulfilled dreams, all coming to fruition in a single event.
Alright, maybe I am being a bit overdramatic. However, that one night was the most fulfilling experience of my life, save the birth of my children and their following milestones.
That is why, on May 30th, 2008, when I discovered that the NKOTB were reuniting and going on tour, I immediately regressed to a thirteen year old girl, but one with a credit card and access to the internet. I bought two 5 star VIP tickets to see all five of the NKOTB Men in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at the Bradley Center on October 22.
For the next five months, I get to be thirteen again!
